33. Somewhere I always wanted to go.
When I first moved into my place, on a Sunday, after running my small business, I sat on my little kitchen floor and cried because I was having a hard time. I ugly cried.
My favorite place to eat. By my red couch in front of the tv. Yup. I have a red couch.
Sup? I have a fireplace mantel.
I call this my New York staircase. ❤️
More of the New York staircase with my current favorite band.
I’m still not fully unpacked but my books are on shelves!

On June 5, 2025, I turned 33. I never really imagined what life in my 30s would look like and here I am. God has blessed me with 33 years. Thank you Allah for another year. I am grateful for my health, my job, my brain, my chosen family and my family. I am grateful for it all. I can’t even say it all because I would be writing forever. I never thought I’d be a teacher or a business owner or that I would be able to own a home like the one I own. I am grateful for my pets and just animals in general. Thank you God.

32 was a big year. I moved out. Woah! It was one of the hardest thing I’ve done. So in honor of the move, I thought that this year my birthday photos (which were originally inspired by Princess Margaret) should be in my new home especially since the place has great lighting for pictures! When I think of 32, I just think of my home. So here it is.

33…I hope God has good things for us baby girl.

Cheers,

Frsh
