It is Friday afternoon. Another day gone week gone by. What did I do well this week? Let’s look at the positive. Every evening, I get home around 8:45pm -9pm. Three days out of this week I spent thirty minutes working on a painting project. YAY! I spent time with God three days out of this week too! Another YAY! I read a few pages of my books for thirty minutes a day. YAY! I had controlled eating for the most part. I cooked three out of my five meals for the week. YAY! I took my vitamins four out of the five days. I got enough sleep each night. At least 7 + hours.
What I need to work on?I need to work on my daily movement. I did not exercise at all this week. I felt so tired and I just didn’t want to leave my home. In a way, it’s okay because I just wanted to stay home and rest but in another way. It was horrible because exercise needs to be part of my daily life. So goals for this week, try and walk more. Reach at least 8000 steps a day..
I didn’t get much writing done this week either however I will be working on that tomorrow morning which I am excited about. I have a hard time getting into the grove of writing. Sometimes writing a daily journal like this helps. It is low stakes and helps me get into the groove of the writing. I have moments where I am so inspired to write and get all these pages out but when I get to the screen all I see is blank. It helps to just start though better than nothing.
Anyone else feel an after lunch crash? I feel so tired after lunch. I just want to take a nap. I use to think it might be an imbalance of my blood sugar but I am eating quite healthy so I am not sure why the 2pm crash is a thing for me now. I completely immobilizes me from doing anything else.
