Going to the gym early in the morning is difficult.
I wake up at 5:15am and leave the house by 5:30am. It is a thirty minute drive to my gym.
When I first committed to these class, I was a bit scared because some days I would be up from 5:15am till 11pm. My day would be non stop work . Also, just waking up early sucks.
But, now, once I am up..I am up. I try to work hard at the gym.
It is dark when I leave my house but today, it was especially spooky. There was so much fog, it was unbelievable. It was hard to see the roads or the signal for the light.
But, I really enjoy my drives to the gym in the early morning. It is so quiet and still. There are still cars out but over all, the world feels quieter, which gives me a sense of peace.
Even though my days are long on Tuesdays and Thursdays…at the end of the night I feel accomplished.
But, I really miss my bed some mornings.
